• Hoe kan ik in contact komen met Stelle Maris Holidays?
  Voor vragen over de boeking kunt u mailen naar info@stellemaris.com 

• Moet ik mijn boeking in één keer betalen?
  Op het moment van boeken betaalt u 50% aan. Uiterlijk 14 dagen voor aankomst betaalt u de overige 50%.

• Leeftijdsrestrictie
  De minimumleeftijd om in te checken is 23 jaar.

• Wat zijn de in- en uitcheck tijden?
  Graag verwelkomen wij u vanaf 15.00 uur. Uitchecken kan tot maximaal 11:00 uur.

• Kan ik later uitchecken dan 11:00uur?
  Een latere uitcheck is helaas niet mogelijk. 

• Moet ik zelf handdoeken en beddengoed meenemen?
  Nee, per boeking zijn voldoende handdoeken en 1 set beddengoed inbegrepen. Denkt u meer nodig te hebben, dan moet u dit zelf meenemen. Badhanddoeken voor het strand of zwembad dient u zelf mee te nemen

• Waar kan ik de auto parkeren?
  Het chalet beschikt over een privé parkeerplaats. Het is verplicht om de auto hier te parkeren. U kunt er ook voor kiezen om uw auto op het parkeerplaats van vakantiepark Stelleplas te parkeren.  

• Mag ik mijn elektrische auto bij het chalet opladen?
  Nee, de auto mag niet bij het chalet zelf opgeladen worden. Op de parkeerplaats van Vakantiepark Stelleplas bij de hoofdingang zijn laadpalen aanwezig.

• Is er Wifi?
  Ja, er is gratis Wifi aanwezig. U kunt de inloggegevens vinden in de map die aanwezig is in het chalet.

• Wat zijn de boekingsvoorwaarden?
  De voorwaarden staan op de site, onder de algemene voorwaarden vermeldt. Tijdens het boeken gaat u akkoord met de huisregels en boekingsvoorwaarden.

• Wat zijn de annuleringsvoorwaarden?
  De annuleringsvoorwaarden staan op de site, onder de algemene voorwaarden vermeldt.
  Niet tijdig annuleren kan resulteren in een no-show charge.

• Is er een kinderbedje aanwezig?
  Ja, de afmeting van het bedje is 65 x 125 x 77cm. Beddengoed dient u zelf mee te nemen. De maximale belasting is 20KG/86cm.

• Bevestiging van uw boeking
  Na het invullen van uw gegevens en het bevestigen van de boeking op de site, ontvangt een bevestiging per mail. In deze bevestiging ontvangt u ook extra informatie m.b.t. het park, het inchecken etc.

• Ik heb een boeking geplaatst maar geen mail ontvangen. Wat doe ik nu?
  Controleer alstublieft goed het mailadres tijdens het maken van de boeking en controleer of de mail in de spambox terecht gekomen is. Mocht u binnen 30 minuten geen mail ontvangen hebben, stuur dan een mail naar info@stellemaris.com

• Zijn huisdieren toegestaan?
  Nee.

• Zijn alle prijzen inclusief BTW?
  Ja.

• Is vuurwerk en open vuur toegestaan?
  Er mag geen vuurwerk afgestoken worden op het park. Tijdens de jaarwisseling is vuurwerk alleen toegestaan op het grote parkeerplaats bij de hoofdingang.

• Hoe vindt de sleuteloverdracht plaats?
  Wij maken gebruik van een sleutelkastje. De precieze locatie, gebruiksaanwijzing en code ontvangt u 3-7 dagen voor uw aankomst. Bij vertrek hangt u de sleutel weer terug in het sleutelkastje. Verander de toegangscode niet! Draai alleen aan de cijfercombinatie.

• Is roken in het chalet toegestaan?
  Het is niet toegestaan om in het chalet te roken.

• Feesten
  Feesten/bijeenkomsten zijn niet toegestaan. Stelle Maris Holidays accepteert geen vrijgezellenfeesten en soortgelijke evenementen.

• Rustige uren
  Geen harde/luide muziek voor 10.00uur in de ochtend
  Geen harde/luide muziek na 22.00uur in de avond.

• Wanneer is het buitenzwembad geopend?
  Het zwembad is in het seizoen geopend. Ga voor de meest actuele dagen/tijden naar Welkom bij Sportfondsen Borsele (zwembadstelleplas.nl) voor het gebruik van het zwembad wordt een kleine vergoeding gevraagd.

• Is er parkeergelegenheid voor fietsen?
  U kunt de fiets in de berging zetten, opladen van uw accu's kan niet in de berging.

• Is het chalet toegankelijk voor gasten met een beperkte mobiliteit?
  Het chalet is toegankelijk voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn. Helaas is het chalet niet toegankelijk voor mensen die volledig rolstoelafhankelijk zijn.

• Mag ik vuur maken bij het chalet?
  Vuur maken is niet toegestaan.

• Hoe kan ik een boeking wijzigen?
  Voor het (tijdig) wijzigen van de boeking kunt u een mail sturen naar Info@stellemaris.com Let op; indien niet aan de boekingsvoorwaarden voldaan wordt, kunnen er kosten verbonden zijn aan het wijzigen van de boeking.

• Hoe kan ik annuleren?
  U kunt tot 14 dagen voor uw aankomst kosteloos annuleren, graag hiervoor een mail sturen naar info@stellemaris.com

• Is er een wasmachine aanwezig?
  In het chalet zelf is een wasmachine aanwezig dit kunt u extra boeken in de weergegeve opties.

• Welke betaalopties zijn er?

• Voor de betaling zijn 3 opties. U kunt door middel van Ideal, credit card betalen hiervoor ontvangt u een betaalverzoek. Of u kunt het bedrag handmatig overmaken.
